The first ever Pembina West Co-op Brand Challenge was a huge success! 36 teams of 4 or 5 Co-op team members participated in an Amazing Race-style game, taking on challenges designed to educate everyone about our Brand and its importance. It was also a great opportunity to appreciate our fellow team members from different departments and locations.

The challenges were diverse and fun, including building grocery aisle shelves, completing pre-trip checks, finding the proper PPE for each job, and so much more! And to top it off, our leadership team served a delicious BBQ to all the contestants.

The challenge provided an opportunity for team members to compete for a day off with pay, all while having a fantastic time. The event was not only fun but also a great learning experience for everyone involved, fostering teamwork and brand knowledge.

Everyone left with smiles and a stronger connection to our Co-op community.
