Every Pembina West Co-op member is an owner, and as an owner, you can and should have a say in your business.

The Pembina West Co-op Board of Directors invites all members to attend our Annual General Meeting.

The Board of Directors sets the direction for your Co-op, and is made up of members like you. We are currently accepting nominations for election to your Co-op's Board of Directors. There are three seats on the Board of Directors up for election at our June 26, 2024 annual general meeting.

Have your voice heard by standing for election, by nominating an eligible candidate, or by voting for our next Board of Directors at our annual general meeting. Interested candidates must submit a completed nomination package by June 12, 2024.

Mayerthorpe Annual Information Session

All members are invited to attend our annual information session in Mayerthorpe prior to the annual general meeting. Annual reports will be presented, and members will have the opportunity to direct their questions to the Board of Directors and Management teams. This meeting is informational only. Official business of director elections and the appointment of an auditor take place at the annual general meeting on Wednesday, June 26th.

All members are invited to attend our annual general meeting in Barrhead on Wednesday, June 26th, 2024. Annual reports will be presented, and members will have the opportunity to direct their questions to the Board of Directors and Management teams. Items for consideration at the annual general meeting will include the election of directors and the appointment of an auditor. Three seats on the Board of Directors are up for election to three-year terms at this meeting.
