2026 AGM

THIS IS YOUR CO-OP. Every Pembina West Co-op member is an owner, and as an owner, you can and should have a say in your business. 

On Wednesday, June 24, 2026, 92 members attended our 18th Annual General Meeting in Barrhead. Director elections were held, and directors Ivan Kusal, Joan McLenaghan, and Walter Preugschas were re-elected to three-year terms on our board of directors. We thank nominee Doug Drozd for standing for election.

This meeting followed our annual information session meeting in Mayerthorpe, which was held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026.

We value these opportunities to directly meet with our members, and we welcome ongoing feedback and questions at any time throughout the year. 

Following the Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors holds a re-organizational meeting to elect their Executive Committee. For 2026-27, the Executive Committee is as follows:

President — Ivan Kusal

Vice President — Faye Branden

Secretary — Susan White
