We have a variety of payment options available for credit accounts. You can pay your Co-op account in-store at any Pembina West Co-op Convenience Store, Food Store, Gas Bar, Home Centre, and our administration office. Online payment is available 24 hours a day through the bill payment section of your banking app, please contact our admin team if you need any help setting that up at 780-674-2201 ext. 0. Bills can even be paid by e-transfer to pweft@pwcoop.ca, with your name and member number in the comments.

To ensure that your payment is received by the end of the month, please avoid mailing your payment.

Father’s Day is just around the corner, and your Co-op Bakery in Barrhead wants to help make it extra sweet! 🍰💙

We’re inviting kids to draw a picture of their dad (or father figure) 👨‍👧‍👦✏️ for a chance to win a custom cake 🎂 featuring their artwork!

🎨 Here’s how to enter:
📝 Pick up a decorating form at the Barrhead Food Store
👧👦 Have your child draw their best picture of Dad
📬 Submit the form to Customer Service by June 5

🏆 One lucky winner will be randomly chosen, and their cake will be ready for pick-up after June 7!

The Pembina West Co-op Board of Directors invites all members to attend our Annual General Meeting.

The Board of Directors sets the direction for your Co-op, and is made up of members like you. We are currently accepting nominations for election to your Co-op's Board of Directors. There will be 3 three year terms up for election at our upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Have your voice heard by standing for election or by voting for our next board of directors at our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, June 25th, 2025. Interested candidates must submit a completed nomination package by 4:30pm on June 10, 2025.

Mayerthorpe Annual Information Session

All members are invited to attend our annual information session in Mayerthorpe prior to the annual general meeting. Annual reports will be presented, and members will have the opportunity to direct their questions to the Board of Directors and Management teams. This meeting is informational only. Official business of director elections and the appointment of an auditor take place at the annual general meeting on Wednesday, June 25th.
